I just read your "rules" and she is likely fearful of being excluded from the site. Are the translators paid from my unit fee? Does it make a difference how long the letter is?     Women do not pay for correspondence, since all the expenses are covered by men. Letter translation and delivery are free for women. If you have any doubts, you should contact us through Support Center and inform the ID of the lady, we will investigate the case: we will call the lady, ask her how she gets her letters, whether they are translated properly, etc. If she has complaints about her local agency, we will recommend another agency in her city.

When a woman comes to an agency, the agency usually advises her to go to the photographer who makes good photos. It is very important to have high quality attractive photos to make good first impression on you, foreign men; if the picture is of low quality you may not write back. If a Russian girl is serious she will go to the professional photographer and make professional photos. And later on, while exchanging letters, she can send you her amateur photos, made by her friends. Such amateur pictures are really of worse quality than professionally made ones, and after scanning and resizing the quality of amateur photos become even lower.
